Long and Short term goals

Hey guys, I'm always trying to help people achieve their FF11 goals, but with Adoulin coming out a lot of what I have in my mind as people's goals has likely changed.

example:
I have thought of Knux's short term goal as owning a Ukon
and long term goal of being Warrior main.

So, post your short and long-term goals so we can focus our efforts better.

My Goals:

Short term:
Own all the Delve weapons
I will need Katata, Sword, Hand-to-hand, and Polearm to have weapons for all my DDs

Long term:
Become a 3-4 song BRD with G-Horn and capped (80%) song cast reduction

My plans and current running enjoyment in FFXI are not necessarily categorized by Long or Short term goals, but over all goals.

For Klown:
I want him to get caught up to Leo in the jobs of WHM, BLM, THF, and BRD. Eventually I want him to get a Draub and Ghorn. I want his WHM to be top notch in terms of gear (Neo-Salvage, Delve, Bayld, etc.)

For Leo:
I am more conflicted in this character because I really want to gear all the DDs, or even those that are uncommon for our group, as best as possible; but during events it seems I need a mage type job, so I also want those geared well. I guess the problem is gearing both Klown and Leo in that it might take awhile.

But these are things I'd definitely like to do for both leo and klown (and those of you that still need it:
-Run through VW (All of them)
-WoTG for Klown
-Suppanomimi Battle thing (for Klown)
-Apoc Nigh (Leo/Klown)
-Neo-Limbus (DRG Gear and some Swap pieces if viable_
-Einherjar (E Tatter, W Heads, P Bodies)
-Neo-Salvage (All gear eventually for leo…lol; all gear for klown for the aforementioned jobs)

Although these things are listed as things I want to get accomplished, that also doesn't mean that I want to do them at any given time, I suppose I just mean eventually. I get really distracted by LoL ;_;. I love LoL ; ;.

for me one of my goals is to get Kshadows at a point where she is a viable option to heal or even sing/roll. thinking of brd and cor too. maybe geo. and i appreciate all the help Knux has been giving me in trying to achieve this. mostly cuz when im on everyone is on and its either lol or something as a group. also alot of those missions/clears leo listed i would like for her. shes also gonna need alot of Abyssea things.

As for Jshadows, i want to continue with better gearing my MNK, DRK, THF.

i still need to get weapon for drk, and the win for the KI for the dagger.
Also more reives i guess but i find it really boring lol.

Gear wise i still need some Usu, Ares and Skadi
not sure of other specific items but just stuff to overall improve my jobs, which i would also like some advice on gear.

Maybe also gear Brd again, or rdm since i loved that job. wish i could play rng

Long Term Goal: Be a Pokemon MASTER!
